About me and my SEO work 

My name is Stephen, now a semi retired SEO.

I consider myself an SEO artist, not an expert. Even though I have been an SEO since 2000, please don't ask me to predict your websites' future listings. My success is only as good as my last assignment and has no bearing on the future. A good SEO starts with a blank canvas each time. I personally prefer to promise less and then deliver more, NOT the other way around.

My business credentials

Unlike most other SEO's I do come with vast personal business success and impeccable credentials. In 1999 I designed my own simple website selling a small service item worth just £3 each. Obviously a very low value item needs to be sold in huge volumes so it was vital for me to get my main keywords at the top of the search engines. Within a year I was getting 8,000 visitors a day to my website.

My success as a new 'Internet Entrepreneur' soon became the focus of the media and before long I had people asking me if I would help them to get their websites listed on the search engines. Recognising another opportunity, I started my SEO business, picking and choosing which ones interested me. I have made some very good friends in my business, all of which were original my customers which many still are. 

My personal credentials

a. I was a Rotarian for almost 7 years, and was invited to become President in the Rotary centenary year 2005.

b. I gave almost 2 years of my time to serve as a 'Independent Custody Visitor', working on a voluntary basis for the West Yorkshire Police Authority. 

c. My new passion in my semi retirement is running, swimming, cycling and now triathlons.

My hobbies and passions

I'm a committed supporter Cancer Research UK, and have pledged to raise £50,000 for research into this horrible disease.
My main hobby is Geocaching and I use my motorhome to travel the UK to do this and to run for my charity.
